turnerbates is designing the newest addition to Vastint’s Business Lounge network within the Weesperzijde 190 buildings in Amsterdam, for our client Vastint Netherlands. The space, split into two zones, will include a Lounge, along with a series of flexible meeting, social and event spaces for use by building tenants. The design, inspired by elements of Brutalism, creates a multifunctional environment that combines comfort and adaptability.
The new space will support collaboration, work and social interaction for tenants and visitors, whilst staying true to the historical design of this landmark Dutch Brutalist building.
