BIM-INTEGRATED DOCUMENTATION
We provide BIM-compliant architectural services, producing coordinated Revit models in accordance with ISO 19650 principles and project specific BIM Execution Plans (BEPs). Our team is proficient in working within Common Data Environments (CDEs), ensuring structured information management and effective collaboration across consultant and contractor teams.
STATUTORY APPROVALS
We have extensive knowledge and successful experience in assisting you and your team with the ever-changing requirements of planning, licensing, listed building and building regulation consents throughout all relevant stages of the project.
PRINCIPAL DESIGNER
We are experienced in the Principal Designer role on projects, including all associated responsibilities and competencies falling under the CDM regulations and the Building Safety Act. We have the skills to manage and co-ordinate the pre-construction phase, working closely with the client and principal contractor, as well as all other parties working on a project.
DELIVERY
We have gained extensive experience acting as contract administrator or employer’s agents. Dependent on your requirements and our appointment, we will carry out regular site visits and answer queries to ensure the best possible job has been undertaken and endeavour to deliver a successful project from site to finish.
