BIM-Integrated Documentation
We provide BIM-compliant architectural services, producing coordinated Revit models in accordance with ISO 19650 principles and project specific BIM Execution Plans (BEPs). We work confidently within Common Data Environments (CDEs), supporting clear information management and collaboration across consultant and contractor teams.
Statutory Approvals
We have extensive experience navigating planning, licensing, listed building and building regulations, working closely with clients and their teams to manage approvals throughout the relevant stages of a project.
Principal Designer
We are experienced in the Principal Designer role, managing the responsibilities and competencies required under the CDM Regulations and Building Safety Act. We coordinate the pre-construction phase closely with the client, principal contractor and wider project team.
Delivery
We have extensive experience acting as Contract Administrator or Employer’s Agents. Depending on the project and our appointment, we provide regular site involvement, respond to queries and coordinate with the wider team to help ensure the design is delivered as intended, from site to completion.
