At Weesperzijde 190, turnerbates has been working with Vastint Netherlands, ZZDP Architecten, and Vastint Development to define the strategic vision and masterplan for the site, following its acquisition in 2022.

Located along the Amstel in Amsterdam, the project presents an opportunity to reposition an existing office building into a more contemporary, experience-led destination. Our approach explores how the architecture, public realm and internal programme can work together to create a stronger sense of place, introducing a layered mix of uses and shared spaces. The result is a more engaging and adaptable environment, designed to support both everyday use and a wider urban presence.
