Designed as a private setting for gathering, sharing and connection, this loft studio brings together the character of a residential loft interior with the flexibility of a contemporary business venue. Working with our long-term client Vastint Latvia, we developed an intimate yet sophisticated environment tailored for entertaining and hosting seminars, events, and presentations.

 

The penthouse-style interior is warm, understated and adaptable. Open, light-filled spaces provide a versatile backdrop for different uses, while carefully selected materials, furnishings and details bring a more intimate, residential quality to the experience. The result is a space that feels equally at home hosting a focused meeting, a presentation or an evening event.

 

The clubhouse forms part of the wider regeneration of Magdelēnas Kvartāls in Riga, where Vastint is creating a vibrant mixed-use neighbourhood. Our ongoing relationship with Vastint Latvia spans workplace, residential and shared amenity spaces, allowing us to take a joined-up approach to design — creating environments that respond to how people live, work and gather, while contributing to the long-term character and value of the development.
