Designed with exclusivity in mind, this loft studio was created as a flexible space for experiencing, discovering, meeting, and enjoyment. Working with our long-term client Vastint Latvia, we developed an intimate yet sophisticated environment tailored for entertaining and hosting seminars, events, and presentations.

The penthouse-style studio blends the versatility of a business venue with the comfort and warmth of a loft apartment. Featuring open, light-filled interiors and carefully considered details, it offers a welcoming atmosphere that can adapt to a wide range of functions, from professional gatherings to social occasions.

This clubhouse forms part of the ongoing regeneration at Magdelēnas Kvartāls in Riga, Latvia, where Vastint is creating a vibrant mixed-use neighbourhood. Alongside this project, turnerbates continues to work closely with Vastint Latvia across both workplace and residential developments, ensuring that each new space supports the wider vision of a dynamic and connected community.
