We have collaborated with ASK Italian for more than a decade, designing and delivering acquisitions and refurbishments of around 80 restaurants across the UK. From high streets and shopping centres to retail parks and listed buildings, each site presented its own opportunities and challenges, requiring a tailored approach. Our role extended beyond interior design to include signage, branding and bespoke artwork, helping each location feel contemporary and relevant while remaining unmistakably part of the ASK Italian family.

 

Our approach celebrated the warmth, sociability and relaxed character of modern Italian dining. While every restaurant was rooted in a recognisable brand language, the design was carefully adapted to its setting to create a distinct sense of place. Layered materials, curated graphics and bespoke details came together to create interiors that felt welcoming, vibrant and authentic, capturing the spirit of Italian hospitality while supporting the continued evolution of the brand.
