Aire Park is a contemporary social hub that reflects the ambition of Vastint UK's vibrant new district on Leeds’ South Bank. The new development fuses contemporary architecture with natural landscapes, public art, cultural spaces, and a thriving mix of retail, office, and residential developments.

 

Designed as welcoming arrival and communal spaces, the Atrium and lobby spaces  draw on Leeds’ industrial heritage and artistic legacy while embracing nature, sustainability and wellbeing. Our ambition was to create adaptable, high-performing interiors that support modern working, social interaction and cultural events. Natural textures, sculptural forms and earthy tones are layered throughout the atrium and lobby spaces, creating environments that feel both dynamic and grounded. A feature sculptural installation, suspended within the atrium, references the surrounding parkland through copper mesh petals inspired by magnolia trees, forging a strong visual connection between inside and out.

Durable, crafted materials underpin the design, from sustainable ceramic tiles to functional furniture and curated art installations. Together, these elements create a characterful, community-focused space that embodies collaboration, creativity and longevity, aligning seamlessly with the sustainable vision for Aire Park and reinforcing its identity as a key destination for Leeds.
