We are delighted to announce that our collaboration with Hawkins\Brown architects and Hackney Council to regenerate the listed building has won a 2018 Civic Trust Award Commendation, and on Friday night we celebrated at the Award’s Ceremony with Hawkins\Brown at Manchester United’s Old Trafford. The project brought the listed building back to life, and ‘has allowed for the sensitive introduction of new event venues with the capacity to generate future revenue’.
The commendation was in recognition of ‘projects that make a significant contribution to the quality and appearance of the built environment. Commendation level schemes demonstrate a good standard of architecture or design, whilst being sustainable, accessible and provide a positive civic contribution.’
