Est gets a transformative new look

The popular Italian restaurant Est is now open once again – turnerbates was asked by The Restaurant Group to create a new contemporary design for the bar and restaurant. Est Est Est, now known as the singular “Est”, has been a part of the Trafford Centre’s food and drink offer for over 20 years. Now with a brand new turnerbates-designed look and feel, the restaurant is ready to serve up their authentic Italian dishes to customers.

In an interview with the Manchester Evening News, Harry Flynn, Operations Manager at The Restaurant Group, has said: “After a long eight weeks away, we are so excited to have the chance to show off Est to The Trafford Centre and to guests from further afield. The restaurant looks amazing, the food is superb, and the team can’t wait to get back! With the current pressures facing the hospitality industry, it is a privilege to be able to invest in our people and our restaurants.”

The new restaurant and bar features an eye-catching tiled bar, colourful seating, and an open terrace space that overlooks the hustle and bustle of the shopping centre. turnerbates is extremely pleased to continue our 10-year relationship with TRG, and we are delighted to have been given the opportunity to design a new contemporary concept for the well-located, popular restaurant.

We can’t wait to get up there ourselves and try out their signature lasagne dish – check out a few photos of the newly re-opened restaurant below.
