Mark Robinson, founder of community shopping centre investment company, Ellandi LLP, has been featured in Knight Frank exploring the definition of a ‘community shopping centre’.

He argues that whilst mostly all retail experiences centre around their surrounding areas, Ellandi’s community projects focus on value and convenience, along with other key attributes. In essence, its community shopping centres are the ‘beating heart of the community’.
