One of our regeneration schemes with The Lotus Group and Tristan Capital Partners, The Boulevard, Banbridge, has seen a huge increase in footfall, turnover and Republic of Ireland visitors since the installation of the ETFE canopy and its new tenants, including Adidas, Nike, Jack Jones and Kurt Geiger.
The £8million investment scheme is set to become Northern Ireland’s premier and only retail outlet shopping destination, and as such took centre stage at Lotus Group and Tristan Capital’s stand at the REVO Retail Property Exhibition in Manchester.
We are also excited to report that The Boulevard has been entered into the REVO Gold Awards – winners to be announced in early December.
