Tristan Capital appointed turnerbates for the refurbishment of Banbridge Outlet, Northern Ireland’s only outlet shopping destination in May 2017. The scheme has now reached the end of its first phase, including the installation of 7 ETFE canopies. With further phases being delivered by our architects in 2018, the onsite improvements are projected to increase footfall by 50% by 2019.
Wigmore St ASK Italian, in the heart of central London, marks the eleventh ASK site we have delivered this year as part of their ongoing ‘Primo’ refurbishments across the country. Similar to the other ASK sites, turnerbates included mixed seating, warm lighting and a bespoke mural to create a fresh and vibrant atmosphere for the transformation at Wigmore Street.
We have recently delivered our first office lobby in Romania for international real estate organisation, Vastint. We continue to collaborate with Vastint, and are planning a further 7 sites across Europe in 2018, with more to come in the next couple of years.
